Every time I’ve been there it’s a reasonable price if not cheaper than anywhere else. they’re fantastic and work hard. They always break everything down and have even helped my friends and family. Daileth helped me out the last time I was there he was quick to get my car back and responsive all day. If I called with any questions he was fantastic very personable and helpful. They even went above and beyond and filled all my tires with air.

Chris is awesome. I recently bought a 97 chevy tahoe that had some special lig nuts on it. I needed the lug nut key to get the tire off to stuff some brake pads on my ride. He hooked me up on a good deal for the lug nut key so i could get my ride to stop safely again. This is why i choose big o

Chris Hoffens is the most trustworthy service manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing! I’ve been with this big o location for many years! I recently bought a new car and had it inspected by their team! They made sure that it was ship shape! Then they offered to perform routine maintenance for half of what the dealer listed (including an alignment!). When I have car troubles, I go to Chris at Big O in east Jordan!

Chris at Big O Tires was incredibly helpful and professional. I originally came in planning to install two all season tires I already had, but he took the time to explain that only two were usable and that, because my car is AWD, I really needed to replace all four. I appreciated him being honest and looking out for my safety rather than just doing what was easiest. He was patient while I figured out what I wanted, even when I changed my mind on the tire choice, and made the whole process feel easy instead of stressful. He also pointed out that one of my wheels is bent and made sure I understood how important it is to get that fixed soon. Great customer service, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I would definitely recommend working with Chris.

Great experience! Started with calling around to get quotes on tires. Spoke with Adam over the phone, I had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer all of them. Took my truck in for an alignment and four new tires the next day. Adam and the team are awesome, best honest. The scratched the center caps, which i would not have noticed for a few days. Right when I arrived to pick up my truck Adam walked out with me to show me the center caps and we resolved it immediately. Great experience with the Big O team.
